Emilio Navaira is with the band Rio, and there were 8 people on the band's bus when it crashed into traffic barrels at 5 a.m.
Emilio is 45 years old and was born in San Antonio. He formed the band in 1989 along with his brother Raul. Raul was also on the bus when it crashed, but received minor injuries.
