There is a new British study suggesting that Antidepressant drugs are useless and only work in the extremely depressed person.

The research looked at 47 clinical trials. It also included some data that has never been made public before. Leading the study was author Irving Kirsch, Ph.D., and he says that most people can benefit as much from other forms of treatment, such as exercise and psychotherapy, as they can from antidepressants.
